On November 18, CASC signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement with Qingdao Municipal People’s Government, and signed the investment agreement with Qingdao Joint General Aviation Industry Development Co., Ltd. Mr. Li Hai of CASC General Manager, Mr. Sun Bo of CASC Vice General Manager, and Qingdao Municipal Government leaders including Mr. Zhang Xinqi of Assistant Secretary of Qingdao Municipal Party Committee and the Mayor of Qingdao and Mr. Zhang Deping of Vice Mayor of Qingdao were present in signing ceremony.

It was addressed by Mr. Zhang Xinqi in his speech that Qingdao Municipal Government leaders paid extreme attentions to the developments of corresponding projects and CASC was important strategic partner, so that he expected that CASC would offer significant supports to implement those core projects, while he expected and focus on the future to develop Qingdao aviation industry business.

It was addressed by Mr. Li Hai in his speech that CASC paid extreme attentions to the cooperation with the city of Qingdao and had been strongly support the development of aviation industry in the city of Qingdao. Under the efficient support of Qingdao Municipal Party Committee and Qingdao Municipal Government, both CASC and Qingdao Municipal Government would establish the comprehensive strategy cooperation relationship, and launch a new era of joint coordination and mutual benefit and win-win business. CASC was willing to sincerely cooperate with each aspect of the society to dedicate positive efforts and contributions for the construction of strong civil aviation power and for the development of the city of Qingdao.
