On September 1, Mr. Li Qun of the Member of Standing Committee of CPC Provincial Committee and Secretary of Qingdao Municipal Party Committee, Mr. Zhang Xinqi of Assistant Secretary of Qingdao Municipal Party Committee and the Mayor of Qingdao interviewed with Mr. Li Hai of CAS General Manager for the implementation of strategic cooperation.
