CASC Negotiates with COMAC Service on China-made Large Aircraft Supporting Service

Shanghai, Nov. 9, 2018 – A team led by Assistant President of CAS, Deputy Chairman of the Board and GM of CASC Tan Kejian visited COMAC Shanghai Aircraft Customer Service Co., Ltd. (COMAC Service).

The purpose of the visiting was to shared views and launched the project between CASC and COMAC Service upon the aviation supplies pooling and supporting platform, which including the China-made large aircraft.

The project provides the aviation supplies pooling platform for ARJ21, C919, and C929 in the future. It covers CF34-10A and LEAP-1C engines pooling warehouse establishment and supporting service. It will develop the capability of supporting and maintaining for China-made large aircraft at home; It also expects to establish a new business for aviation supplies supporting customer service. In parallel, both sides will build the capacity of supplies polling, component repairing, and repairing management. Further, it provides a comprehensive supporting service for China-made large aircraft.
